Today is day 8 off being back on track!
I’m going to try and do this every week.

Just some updates/recap off the last week.
Reach 10k steps each day - DONE
Have a deficit off at least 500/day - DONE
Have one meatless day (building up to more!) - DONE
Run 3x this week & walk each day - DONE
Log everything you eat! - DONE
Down 2,2 kg! I weigh every day and use the app ‘Happy Scale’ to see fluctuations, so far I went down every day.
I only log my weight on MFP when I’ve hit that weight for more than two days!
I’ve been on track foodwise, trying to eat more veggies & fruits. That’ll be one off my new goals this week.
I’m cutting down on some things but also still having things I like in moderation. (Like chocolate covered ricecakes.. I might be obsessed with those)
I guess that’s all there is to update on? Idk!
