Sai getting revived and meeting Gen and immediately going “has someone ever told you that you look just like Princess Nova?”
“Who?” Gen blinks, clearly confused.
“From Supernova59. She’s kinda like Princess Peach from Mario or Zelda from…” Senku begins to explain, only to get interrupted by Ryusui’s excited: “Oh, didn’t you use to have a crush on her?”
“I-I was like… ten!”
“She must have been really pretty then. Do I actually look like her, Senku-chan?” Gen turns to the scientist while the brothers bicker.
Senku gives Gen a disgusted frown at the question but upon further inspection, he does notice the similarities.
“You kinda do…”
Gen manages not to blush at the response and offer him a cheeky smile instead. “Oh, really~?”
“Ah, I remember now! Senku used to complain about Nova all the time because he hated the missions that involved rescuing her!” Taiju joins in the conversation.
He totally misses the exasperated look he gets from his friend while Gen mutters an “I see” and leaves with an annoyed smile on his face.
“Wait, that’s not what I meant!!”
Cut to Yuzuriha hearing about the conversation and excitedly making a cosplay for Gen to wear.
“I could also make her knight’s suit to match!”
“That’s a great idea!” Ryusui exclaims as he snaps his fingers.
He looks around, amused by the glare he gets from a clearly embarrassed Senku when he looks in his direction as well as Sai’s nervous jump when he turns to him. “Hm, I think Tsukasa looks the most like her knight!”
“Oh, yeah! He totally does!” Taiju excitedly agrees.
“You got it~!” Yuzuriha thumbs up as they completely ignore the looks of betrayal they get.
