Maybe you have already spoken about this, and as a person that is of course very much alive by Veilguard, who would Inara get along the best in the north? This doesn't have to be limited to the chess club, but since I'm the one asking: who from the chest club would Inara get along with best? And who outside of the chest club would Inara get along with best? What would she do after the events of the game?

So if she were very alive during Veilguard, unfortunately she wouldn't fuck with the North. She'd 110% be in Ferelden defending her people from the Blight. She could give a fuck less about the North when the South is falling, and not to be dramatic but she'd have absolutely handled it and not let the South fall (tho I ignore that happened anyway lmfaooooo).
Anyway the answer is obviously Assan. A REAL LIVE GRIFFON!? that's her bestie.
But for real, if she were to meet the chess club, I think ultimately her bff forever would be Harding. They're both Ferelden gals, both very bi with a taste for tragic lovers, and they know each other already. I actually think Harding is the only one who could convince Inara to come North, if it could be done at all.
I also think she'd get along very well with Neve. They're both scrappy hometown gals with a tragic, self-deprecating streak. Emmrich I think she'd find hot and charming. Bellara would be endearing and wild and wonderful, and she might want to smooch her too tbh.
Taash would be a little too blunt for her I think somehow, and I think Inara's complicated views on the Qun and her fondness for Sten would be a sore point between them. Davrin obviously has the issue of being a Northern Warden and not believing that a Warden can face an Archdemon and die, which leads me to think the thread I had with Pluto where they fight about it would almost certainly happen in canon too. Lucanis she'd like, but her close ties to Zevran mean there's no way she can be truly friendly with a Crow and definitely not a Talon.
Outside of the chest club, she's already best friends with Dorian. She gives him a mabari pup, and of course she'd have to check in and make sure the dog is in good health. She also is close with - and enamored with - Maevaris Tilani. I think she'd like Tarquin and the Viper, too, though they'd be foolish to trust her.
I think if she were in Minrathous when the Blight gets Thanos-snapped, she'd actually end up dying. At that point the Blight is so thick in her that I don't think she'd survive its death.
But if she did somehow, and she was healed...
honestly she'd probably grab Nathaniel, grab Zevran, and get them a farm in the Ferleldan countryside where they can raise chickens and get old together. She'd have had enough of saving the world for sure.
you really suck with kids,how am i a better dad than you?
@the-great-emperor-commodus
I guess it's not my thing? I don't know.
It was Anakin Skywalker who, that night, taught them the most valuable lesson about being a Jedi. And even if a few noticed gold bleeding into his eyes, ever-so-slightly, they blinded themselves to it; if they had been just a little older, if they'd understood entirely what was happening to their haven and home, the destruction the Sith were capable of --
It would not only have been their Master Skywalker standing there with his eyes blazing like the morning sun.
hello welcome canon is my trashcan and i am a very hungry chaotic neutral raccoon
Retrace CIV Vincent coming out with his stupid fucking reverse forcefem outfit that’s supposed to symbolize how he understands women now by being less effeminate in some of the most stupid gender writing Mochizuki has ever done and then immediately making Lacie’s most important symbol his own
I take your *n't and raise you
