Ingredients: 1 bag of tortilla chips. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1 cup diced onions. 1 cup sliced jalapeos. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup guacamole. 1 cup salsa. 1 cup black olives. 1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. On a sizable baking sheet, evenly distribute the tortilla chips. Evenly scatter the cheddar cheese shreds on top of the chips. Bake for approximately 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted, in a preheated oven. As the chips bake, get your toppings ready. Chop the jalapeos, onions, and tomatoes. Cut the black olives into slices. Get the salsa, sour cream, and guacamole ready. After taking the nachos out of the oven, gently move them to a sizable serving platter. Over the melted cheese, scatter the chopped tomatoes, onions, jalapeos, and black olives. Cover the chips with cooked ground beef or shredded chicken. Add a salsa and sour cream drizzle, and top with chopped cilantro. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. As soon as possible, serve your nachos bar and let your guests top their nachos with their preferred toppings.
