Mobility Warm Up Routine: Let's face facts - most of us don't move enough, don't move much at all, and don't do anything to counter this. Before you workout, your arms and legs and body should be fairly mobile or you put yourself at risk for injury. Dynamic movements are key here. Not static stretching. Here's my warm up routine for any workout: 6-8 minutes light cardio Leg swings (both sides) Arm swings (not seen here) Band pull aparts Shoulder dislocations Take 15 minutes to do this.
