In 1999, at age twenty, Egyptian opera singer Nadia Avdol receives a call from an old friend, Jotaro Kujo, who requests her assistance in a Japanese town called Morioh to investigate the possible Stand user serial killer at large. She complies and arrives only a day later, with great travel assistance by the SWF.
