There is this fan theory that one of Kyoko’s detective rivals / casual friends from the Danganronpa Kirigiri novels was a young Junko, if that helps with your Kyoko/Junko/Makoto AU, to view it as true. They had blue hair and were known as Lico then.
Oh darn, I never read Danganronpa Kirigiri but that sounds really cool to me. I mean, it's just funny to imagine Junko as a little detective fiend (and plausible, if we take her being the Ultimate Analyst as canon).
It also makes the OG Danganronpa even more tragic, given that Junko knew Kirigiri even before they even met at Hope's Peak. I thank you for your contributions to the OT3.
