New theory/headcanon as to why (in universe) Solgon and Naen weren't allowed to be with the rest of the points in the final battle despite the fact that everything Celesteal says should also apply to them.
They were the only two that wouldn't have been willing to try and kill Celesteal.
Think about it, Naen outright says that they disapprove of the SSS and the others choosing to kill Celesteal (despite them both being a torturer and a terrorist. And also forcing them to or they would probably just kill them??) because they sympathize with their struggles. (I feel like that duologue is written a little weirdly though)
Solgon, on the other hand, seem to be a very kind, energetic, and compassionate individual who wants to help others to the best of their ability (especially with sharing their knowledge). They aren't against the murder of Celesteal, they seem happy that everyone is okay and that the threat is gone. But it is quite possible that, with their want to help and lack of obvious fighting abilities, that they would not be willing to aid in killing someone.
Celesteal is so gung ho about dying for their narrative and they were the ones who would get in the way of that. (They know what happened immediately so it's likely they could hear and/or see it somehow. Idk I haven't checked up on the wiki in a while if that's already canon)
