Aldo Cipullo, of Italian origin, moved to the USA in the 1950s and decided to develop his fashion and design skills. The young designer was discovered in a short time. He worked on major brands such as Tiffany & Co and David Webb. He achieved real success in @cartier . Cipullo started out as a Cartier designer in 1969. . . The first collection he designed for the brand was Love. He managed to gather applause, but Aldo was not very happy. In 1971, he designed a collection that would bring a different perspective to the concept of “aesthetics”. inspired by such a material!! In construction materials, he made an exceptional bracelet using salmon nails, screws. JUSTE UN CLOU brought a modern touch to the brand with this bracelet, which is "JUST A NAIL" in French and English. Much has been discussed about this model, which reflects NY's revolutionary, provocative spirit. The first bracelet was a gold-plated silver model. The price was $ 250. After the success of this model, the brand continued to produce 18-karat gold. . . Aldo left Cartier in 1974. He set up his own workshop and continued to produce men's jewelry. He died at the age of 48 due to a heart attack. He left behind an iconic collection that made millions of dollars every year. "Juste un Clou", one of the most famous pieces of the brand, was enriched with earrings, necklaces and rings in 2017.
