So my boyfriend and I decided not to declaw our new kitty due to all of the controversy about it. Instead we went with full-on amputation. Just kidding, we really decided on glue-on nail caps. We had to hold the kitty pretty closely while we put them on, and so far they've been working fine. No more scratching me or furniture! This time we got the clear ones, but the cool thing is they come in different, vibrant colors also. I wonder if some have jewels on them? The ones we bought last for about 6 weeks, so next time I'll get really creative! It's hard to see but here is a pic of Jackson's pretty, shiny, new nails.
