Ugh, I need to harden myself

I keep allowing myself to get drawn into stupid shit by pretty faces and end up feeling like shit after because I should have seen it coming. I know I'm not the ugliest person but at the same time I'm not the type of person someone just starts chatting up because they find them attractive. Why do I keep letting myself do this? Any of you tumblr peeps have this problem?

my goal is to find a career that smushes art, exploration, and science together ahhhh

I want to travel the world and experience everything /rolls around on the floor. I do not really know how one chooses what they are going to spend the rest of their life doing 

if i gotta get more specific I’d say some sort of chemical science that requires a lot of field research yeahhhhh
