Sometimes I randomly remember weird things that happened to me in elementary school in the 90's and how I should've questioned the adults.

Example: fourth grade. They pulled all the girls from my class and escorted us to the bathroom at once. The nurse said someone had left their underwear in the stall after having an accident, and how we each had to show her our panties to prove it wasn't us...in front of everyone gathered.

It stuck with me because I was wearing new undies that were pretty and I wanted a compliment.
