[NOTE: This is what happens if you left her infected this whole time. Most of it doesn't need to be retranslated, but there are two exclusive Thoughts that demonstrate Graham is also after her (and Takuya if you left him infected) because she is now a psychic.]
/Sayuri was seized by the group of officers. As they were taking her away, she passed by Atsuki./

......You again?!
You some kind of pervert?!
[SAYURI:] ...You again?!
What are you, some kind of pervert?
------
You’ve been following me!
It’s so creepy.
Sayuri’s Shinen begins
to turn black.
[SAYURI:] You're following me! It's creeping me out.
Sayuri's Thoughts began to stagnate blackly.

[HERE you can choose to fight the Silent (you can also get the usual game over from Ray if you fail to scrape the worms in time), or ignore her infection again]
>He says he's a part-time teacher at Kisaragi High
[NOTE: Here the TL got confused and thought these were two successive lines instead of choices. So the response to "photographer" also follows this mistake.]
=====
{1: Photographer:
Those are my jobs.
Do you have a permit?
[HIDAKA:] Did you have to pick that one...?
[COP:] Oh, really? Where's your press pass, then?
----
What? I need one?
Every photographer knows
they need one.
You’re really a cameraman?
[HIDAKA:] Huh? I need a pass?
[COP:] Shouldn't it be obvious that you need a pass to take pictures of a police station?
A deeply fanatical sense of justice, one that won't hesitate to sacrifice anything for the sake of his ideals, is being expressed as a Thought.

Must fix the world
This rotten world
He & I will fix it
I have to fix society
This rotten world
He and I will cure it

The revolution begins
There will be blood
It's the beginning of a revolution
There'll probably be blood shed

But it has to be done
It's like a rotten tree
----
Must cut it down
Soul begins to decay
Gotta be ripped out
Souls are starting to putrefy
[NOTE: 切り取る can mean a number of things, including amputating or cutting something down; it seems to follow from the tree reference, but I think it's deliberate that it appears on screen with the line about a rotting soul, making it ambiguous whether it means cutting the tree down or tearing out souls to start again.
It's ALSO (head in hands) ambiguous what soul he's talking about, exactly. I really have to guess sometimes what the creators of this abandoned game were thinking about 14 years ago. It could be "my soul", as an expression of his frustration living in the modern world, but I thought it would have re-contextualized his violent intentions into something that might be aimed at himself, which seemed less accurate to the character. (Although if this whole subplot is referencing anything, it might be Mishima Yukio's attempted coup of the government, which did end in the suicides of everyone involved.)]
[COP:] Our search is still underway. Please give us a little more time.
[NOTE: Either the TL was on autopilot and mistook アイツ for アツキ, or this was so short that it looked like part of another scene—seriously, this is a REALLY short exchange to have to open up a whole new file for.]

Something smells like it’s

Hirooka is talking to a cop

In the midst of it all, [Atsuki] overheard Hirooka talking about something to a cop. She sounded worried./

I’m sure it was him who set

Yes, we’re looking for him

[COP:] Yes, we're looking for him right now.

We have many witnesses.
Don’t worry.
That’s good, then...

I can’t believe him.
Setting fire to our

[HIROOKA:] I can't believe him.
Imagine setting fire to a place that's so important for our citizens...

Just because I was a little

[HIROOKA:] Of all the low-down things to do!
There's no reason to go lighting fires just because I went a little cold on him...
[TAKANO:] No, no! I said Od measuring machine. I’m looking into the city’s distribution of Od.
[NOTE: Very good work by the localizer, even if they missed “Yuuhigaoka” earlier and “the city’s Od” here. The cop originally mistakes Odo for odoro, the bushes.]

Whatchu’ talkin’ ’bout?
Odo City allocation...
[COP:] Wh-what? What are you talking about?
[TAKANO:] I said, I’m looking into the city’s distribution of....
[NOTE: This is a missable scene, despite saying 99/99 if you scan it. Talking to Liu Yee at the bank will trigger the next set of scenes, causing you to miss any scenes of the cops investigating that you haven’t seen yet.]
