Thomas is Naomi's younger half-brother, of 3 y-o, they have the same father Miguel Mendes, but different mothers. His mother and Naomi's stepmother is Agatha O'Neil, aunt of April O'Neil. Naomi's deceased mother, is Débora Caroline Lima.
Honestly, I think the Leo x Naomi ship from TMNT Mutant Mayhem is what I liked the most!

As The Little Mermaid, Naomi and April would be the curious mermaids; Unlike other mermaids who are stuck up and arrogant, the cousins are even excluded from ''society'' because they are more humble and not evil.
- What are those lights? - Says April with half-closed and narrowed eyes looking towards the surface trying to see, having difficulty, since she is without her glasses.
- AH, I found your glasses! - Naomi says distractedly
They find mysterious lights over the ocean waters and curiously decide to go there to see.
These two, when together, make a huge mess!
-Leo fell in love with Naomi first, not only because they had a lot in common, but mainly because she trusted him and was surprised by his "mad skills" LOL.
-Since then he always tries to impress Naomi, get her attention, seek compliments, laughs and even flirts (She notices most of the time, but pretends she doesn't understand teasing).
-She likes to talk to Leo all the time, but he cares the most about her; Leonardo always pranks Naomi, and she gets mad at them, of revenge she takes advantage of Leo's heavy sleep and draws on his face while he sleeps, or hides his sword with the help of his brothers.; She always beats him at games, both video games and board games like chess, and he gets angry, at the Lair Games, Naomi mocks Leo to this day.
-He always makes a "date" with her to take advantage of the privacy opportunity, either at a skate park, or at the statue of liberty or at Hueso's pizzeria, she never refuses.
-Dating, Leo is more clingy than before, needy and romantic, Naomi is not so romantic, neither but loves Leo too.
