Are the swirls on your crystal Jygg based off of bismuth? They kind of remind me of it.

They are. I really like Bismuth. 

I do suppose that the whole rainbow thing a lot of them have would suit Sheogorath, but the maze structure fits with Jyg. Together, that could mean that Bismuth fits with Jyggalag after he was released from being Sheogorath. 

He has them on his arms, sword, and shield(especially his shield) as well.

Either way, the answer is yes.
