On a first thought, they are completely normal. A bit on the lanky side, perhaps. Are they eating enough? Well, it's none of your business.

Their dress is perhaps a bit too casual, they use a few too many compliments for you to ever be confident they are genuine. But there's nothing worth being concerned about, there. If they get in trouble for their dress, that's their problem, and London has plenty of flatterers.

But their face. Their face.

You swear you saw it. Stared it down. They smiled at you, you think. Or was it a frown? You can't remember.

You can't remember... Anything about their face at all. Except for one single detail.

The look in their eyes.
