아침 일찍 깨서 슬픈 영화를 한 편 봤다. 숨통이 좀 트인다. 슬픔을 굳이 누르지 말고 바깥으로 끄집어내라는 말이 있다. 참 좋은 말이다.

어제는 비가 많이 내리더니 오늘은 창문으로 볕이 들어온다. 바깥에서 아이들이 뛰어노는 소리가 들린다. 기분이 썩 괜찮다. 밖으로 나가서 조금 걸어야겠다.
