dating jyugo: headcanons

❧ masterlist

✗ when you and jyugo first started dating, he was never really sure what to do with you, or what you wanted him to do. he never really thought that he would ever have a girlfriend, much less somebody as amazing as you who wanted to be by his side, so he wanted to make sure that he didn’t mess up and do something wrong. it took a lot of reassurance and coaxing to get him to open up more to you.

✗ once he’s more comfortable, expect to be used as a human shield whenever anyone is teasing him, (uno and honey mainly).

✗ will try to impress you by saying he’s going to set a new escape record, (he gets dragged back by hajime fifteen minutes later).

✗ since he doesn’t really have a lot of interests besides breaking out of jail, he will usually be doing whatever you like to do. you want to watch anime? jyugo’s right next to you, watching. you want to read manga? he’s helping you read some of the kanji. 

✗ despite what you might think, jyugo is a very good singer, (i.e. his character song) and will sometimes hum a tune if you ask him to, (warning: he will be very flustered and embarrassed).

✗ if you can’t sleep, he’ll sneak the two of you out onto the balcony to look at the stars. he doesn’t really know anything about astrology, but watching your face be lit up by the light from the sky was enough for him to want to be there with you forever.

✗ will break the two of you out to walk around to get some actual sleep in the guardroom, even though the two of you will get chewed out by hajime the next day. he likes to be able to cuddle with you without the constant noises from the others. 

✗ he will protect you with his life. a constant fear of his is that he won’t be strong enough to save you, and that you’ll get taken away by elf along with the rest of the people important to him. during the building five arc, he was consistently holding onto you, making sure that you were alright. 

✗ cuddles are usually his arms loosely wrapped around you, with him as the big spoon. he just wants to make sure that you’re safe, and having you in his arms makes him feel reassured of that. on days when he’s not feeling the best, his head will be buried in your chest, his arms wrapped tightly around your waist. 

✗ he doesn’t really care either way about pda, so it’ll probably just be whatever makes you comfortable, but if you kiss him in public, he will get very flustered, and may malfunction. hand-holding is a must for him; he loves the feeling of your fingers laced together with his, it makes him feel like you genuinely care about him. expect a lot of headpats as well, especially if you did something impressive. 

✗ before the new year’s tournament, he was scared about what you would think of him if you ever found out about his shackles. he figured that once everybody found out, it would be over for him, and everyone would leave him. this is why it came as a surprise when he came back to cell 13 and was actually accepted. the fact that you stayed with him and still loved him after finding out about his shackles made him burst into tears again, (he was teased mercilessly about it later by uno, rock and nico).

✗ “i’m sorry i’m such an idiot...i don’t really know how to be a good boyfriend, but i’m going to try my best.” </3

✗ in conclusion, jyugo has been through a lot, please don’t hurt him.

Could you do fluff headcanons for Uno? Thank uuu

Uno [Fluff Headcanons]

- you already know this man is 110% big on romance

- he’ll do anything to catch you attention

- winks, wolf-whistling, or showing off when playing games

- gets really happy when you do notice him, like he’ll smile so big (and his smiles are to die for 😳)

- this guy is not shy when it comes to compliments

- he will yell it through the prison while escaping, or randomly in the morning to wait for you to come in radius of cell 13

- or even when there’s a lot of people around. Nothing will come in his way to say something that will brighten your day

- and good God, you bet there will be cheesy pick up lines

- if you compliment him back I think he’ll just die on the spot~

- but that doesn’t mean he won’t flirt with you even more

- loves seeing you smile or blush, especially if it because of him

- loves hugs, he’s a very affectionate boi;

- I feel like he would really likes those hugs where he twirls you around or tightly picking you up hugs

- doesn’t matter what day of the week, he will ask you on a date always

- if you are the type of person to say no a lot, this boy won’t give up

- he will make up bets and games with you so if you lose, then you will have to go on a date with him

- unfortunately, it doesn’t take long for him to win

- during the date he is literally the happiest man in the world, and is not ashamed to show it

- he is absolutely the clingiest guy ever~ but he’s only like that to get your attention

- that being said, he won’t even try to hide the fact that he’s jealous and complain if you meet Honey, Trois or Seitarou

- he would want to one-up them (but fails)

- and for Seitarou he will make fun of him when he can and then *insert Seitarou’s uneasy wobbling but also like ‘wtf did I do wrong??’*

- oh yeah, and as for the rest of his cell mates...

- Jyugo is hella confused, Nico is too innocent to know what romance is, and Rock doesn’t really care, but he knows Uno is being annoying

- he will try to see you as much as he can whether you’re an inmate, guard or just visiting

- always the first for his eyes to look up and smile to greet you

And there you have it, hope these were okay. 🙂

But on another note- Jesus Christ I can’t explain how much how weak in the knees Uno’s smile makes me hhhhhhhhh.

Tsukumo:

-Always trying to show off his cool ninja moves

-Usually fails, but it’s worth it to hear your playful laugh

-Would be glad to teach you a few moves, but nothing that might get you hurt

-Can tell when you’re watching him train, and he loves it

-When nobody is looking, he slides his mask off for a second to peck you on the cheek

-Would be honored to teach you about his Shinobi background

-Most vulnerable when he sees you trying to train like him. It warms his heart and leaves him in a trance
