My new job is with a three year old girl with Trisomy 18. Her family has asked that i don't share pics of her online which is cool. You'll probably see stuff like this. The trickiest part of the job is dealing with air blowing back up her feeding tube at me. I know it's natural but this is so frustrating learning to work it out when it's stuck.
That part of the job where the part-time parent who has completely earned the royal throne in Asshole Land has your kid for a week and all you can process is "that ass hole stole my baby."

Just when grace seems to be settled into 2 really good naps a day, she stops sleeping in the morning. I am not ready to lose my morning time. Ugh. At least it's getting nicer out, so I can start taking her places in the mornings instead of being stuck in the house.
