I miss these crazy kids 💕 July 2017 was one of the hardest months of my life! Being a nanny is extremely hard work physically and mentally..but I'm so glad I have the opportunity to be theirs every once in awhile! This is the second year I have been able to go to Aspen Colorado with them and I am just blown away by the beauty of the town! Not only was the scenery beautiful but I was able to spend time with a few other nannies who are beautiful inside and out! Like I'm the only nanny I know who cooks dinner for the parents (who are both kosher and paleo) it is so stupid for them to want me to make them dinner during the week they don't have the kids in addition to the dinner I'd be making for the kids/the other parent
my bosses divorced and have separate houses now and starting when I return on Monday the kids will have one week with mom and then one week with dad my boss mentioned to me right before I left that she would like me to provide dinner for both houses during the week I just sent her an email saying that's actually outside my responsibilities and now I'm checking my email like every 5 sec lol
So I usually text my bosses pics of their kids when we're hanging out to like brighten their day/make it easier to be away from them/reassure them that me and the kids are doing things and having fun together But like... I'm at the point where right now I'm on vacation and I legitimately want them to send me a pic lol
Got a double batch of butternut turkey chili in the slow cooker and a giant pot of chicken soup going right now because my bosses won't be able to feed themselves when I'm gone
