#NaNoWriMo2016 - Was talking w/my kids on the way to school this morning about my #NaNoStruggle yesterday, about the woman who finished in 3 days, about silencing the internal editor, about how you can't edit a blank page... Son: I might be able to. I'd like to try. Daughter: It's not a blank page. Me: It's not? Daughter: No. It's a picture. Me: Really? A picture of what? A blizzard? Daughter: No, silly. A cow eating grass. Me: Seriously? Where's the grass? Daughter: The cow ate it all. Me: (amused) Then where's the cow? Daughter: Mom, if there's no grass, why's a cow gonna stick around?! 😂 So, there you have it, #WriMos, it's not a blank page.
