And for tonight's lazy-ass cocktail o'clock, we have...beer. 'Gansett, to be precise, which brings back all the good memories from my Rhode Island days. Hysterically enough, this beer is served as a local craft beer here in Brooklyn. Back in the East Bay Area, this is the drink we got for $7 a pitcher at the pizza place down the block from my apartment (RIP Samantha's). Never change, Brooklyn. Never change. *eyeroll* Seriously though, this is an easy drink of a beer which doesn't have the soapy, skunky taste you'll get in certain IPAs, but it's got enough body in there to keep my palate happy.
