For people who really like Naridad/Dadinder this slow burn I'm working on rn is going to be a feast.

To add on to this: I love exploring the idea of Narinder having a very professional relationship with his boys that starts turning softer as the story goes on. Having them speaking from formal to personal, having him become more open with his kids. I love it so much, and what I currently have written so far makes me wanna squeeze them omg.

*cracks knuckles* He got them as kittens, so had to go through a lot of clothes for them over 1000 years, knitted with the wool of the lambs, and dyed with his own blood/ichor. Taught them hymns, all the knowledge Shamura gave to him. They seemed fascinated about the world, always asking when they could see it. All he could answer was ... "Soon..." He begged the Lamb to bring them back, how it wasn't fair that they couldn't see the world... The ceremony where he was reunited with them. He went to hug them, tearful. They didn't have to be without their master in this new world. He got to show them everything that he wishes they could see all this time, and they always knew they could return to him if it got too overwhelming.

I'm coming up on 200k words on my Cotl fic I'm working on, and I think what's mainly been keeping me go is the interactions and dynamic relationships I've given these characters. Specifically with Narinder and the twins. It's a modern AU so they're not his disciples, but his kids, and the growth I'm giving between them from being parent and child to a family is making me feral. I love letting this emotionally stunted man realize that his kids are people to with their own ambitions and fears, and that loving them isn't supposed to be scary.

Oldenfaith Academy: Coming this Fall

Okay, I am finally gonna let myself ramble about this gigantic fic I've been working on because I am insanely close to being completely finished with it and I'm so in love with the AU I've been working on ahhhh.

Oldenfaith Academy currently is around 250k+ as I work on it now, and projected to be around 350K+ by the time I finish it. I'm roughly at 70 chapters and counting with everything planned out currently to the end.

This will be a Cult of the Lamb fanfic with NariLamb and Goatmura as the two main ships with LeshyCat and the Seafood Polycule (Kallamar and his boss spouses) as well as a hint of romantic for both Baal and Aym. (I accidentally feel deeply in love with Baal and the BF he gets they make me feral!) If you enjoyed my fic The Communion of Might, then you will enjoy the Goatmura in this one.

It is a modern omegaverse AU with no powers, and follows Lambert, the newest omega instructor at the illustrious OldenFaith Academy. It is a prestigious school that is the best in the region, and all would have gone smooth if they hadn't gotten mixed up with the school's alpha Headmaster: Narinder Oldenfaith and his two twin sons, Baal and Aym.

The fic is packed full of many things: mutual pining, workplace romance, hurt/comfort, domestic fluff, abuse recovery, slow burn (very, very long slow burn), NARIDAD (If you love naridad, this fic will be a feast to you), taking care and loving yourself, exploring social and secondary dynamics, damaged families, workplace harassment, as well as the typical heat/ruts and what comes with omegaverse.

I am SO EXCITED to have this almost finished as I've been nonstop working on this fic since the beginning of November last year. I've clocked around 10k+ words every week, typing like crazy because its always on my mind.

I really hope that everyone enjoys it once it does officially get posted (I only post my pics when they are completely finished), but for now if anyone has questions or is interested in learning more PLEASE feel free to send over an ask! I don't remember the last time I've done an update on the big CotL fic, but we're close to reaching 300k! RN I'm looking around the beginning of fall area for it being finished (Which funnily enough is inline with the start of the fic itself lol).

Would anyone be interested in hearing more about it? It's going to be a Modern AU with NariLamb & Goatmura at the helm, and LeshyCat, Seafood Polycule added as well with a sprinkle of OC x Canon ships for the twins.

At this point every little one-shot fic idea is just getting added into the big one like a hotpot, and you know what? I love it. The whole thing is turning out so good and I'm so very proud of it. The dadrinder, the fluff, the angst, the yearning... It all so good I cannot wait to get this out to everyone once it's finally finished.

I didn't really get to work on it this week as much as I wanted because I was ill, but once I figure out the list tiny bit of this confession chapter I'm going to blaze through what I can because literally almost the entire rest of the fic is semi planned out lol.
