Hey! I read the first chapter of your baby witchers Jaskier and Lambert story and wow did I love it! :D ! It was so sweet and you set up such an interesting dynamic between Jaskier&Lambert, and J&L vs Geralt, Eskel and the rest of the wolf school. I can't wait to see what is gonna happen next!!

Thank you! It’s not much in the “plotty” department, admittedly, it’s just a lot of boys together and giving me feels, but I’m hoping everyone’ll enjoy it. ^_^

But yeah, honestly Jaskier and Lambert’s whole everything was completely unintentional, i was PLANNING to jump through training to about 17yo!Julian in a couple thousand words, AND YET. I’m glad, though, because it’s precious and makes me really really happy.

:DDD Hello Narwhal!! Thank you so much, you’re too sweet <333 and I’m so excited so receive one of these!26. What fanfic are you dying to read for The Witcher but haven’t seen realized yet? Mmm for all I came up with this question, this is surprisingly hard. There are so many amazing fic out there in the fandom. What’s one I’d really die to read though? I’d love to see a modern day fic that is centuries after the world as we see it in the Witcher but where Geralt is still around and has to make a living. I’d like the story of him meeting a modern day Jaskier. Well, modern day in the sense of the era-- is it a similitude of the Victorian era? Of our current era? Or even further still into the future?It’s just, in the books there is such a sense that the world is changing. Magic is shifting, monsters are becoming rarer, the age that came before humans is past and passing further still into the annuls of history. In the short story where Dandelion visits Geralt at the temple of Melitele, Geralt is quite low and depressed about his future as a Witcher, as he sees himself becoming quite obsolete. So what of a future/modern era fic that addresses that? What happens to Geralt of Rivia centuries in the future, in a modern world? How did he survive?Not a terribly sad fic, I don’t think. I like to think that perhaps the role of the Witcher becomes that of conservation. He had been trained not to kill dragons, after all, or anything that is not actively harming humanity. Would he have a reservation or a ranch for rare, endangered, or largely extinct magical creatures? Could he turn all his knowledge for slaying these creatures towards instead caring for them and protecting them? It seems like something that better suits someone with such a surprisingly sensitive heart. Would he be who you call in when you find such a creature where it shouldn’t be? Magical animal control? Rehabilitation? Perhaps still addressing curses or lycanthropic transformations as they come up, but how much rarer would they be in a world changed? And what would Jaskier’s role be?That’s maybe wildly specific, but it’s something I’ve been thinking about like, “Gosh, I’d love to read that.”Thank you for the ask, bud!!

i think the average height of nhl players is over 6 feet so he’s like. tall but not overly tall compared to some of them lmao. like boston has that guy that’s like 6′10 or something. but clark is tall AND very broad and solid he would make a great defenseman i think :)

Soft prompt- Geralt reminds me a lot of wolverine from the xmen - wolverine tells his colleagues he's going hunting, and they try to shame him for killing innocent animals for sport. Wolverine then says 'i said hunting, not killing. It takes no skill to kill. What takes skill is sneaking up close enough to a skittish doe to touch her". And then Wolverine ... (whoops it got too long lol )

just sits in the woods until the deer aren't afraid of him anymore, and he can reach out and pet it. this is exactly the sort of thing Geralt would like/enjoy doing - sitting in nature, so still as to not scare any animals that circle him closer and closer until he can reach out one hand, glacially slow, and touch a bit of fur. There are no monsters to hunt, no pressing contracts. Just himself, the sun through the trees and this very sweet deer. A bit of peace for a man who longs for it. 2/2 ❤❤
