Life has been so dark and so scary, but watching the Artemis launch has stuck with me all day. I’m so proud of us. I’m so proud of everyone involved. It’s such a bright moment in humanity and is truly such an amazing feat, I cannot believe I get to see the start of the beginning in my lifetime
This mission is such a game changer in space exploration and I cannot wait to see what happens next

Maybe this has been said enough, but it's impossible to believe anything anymore. Been seeing tons of videos LITERALLY SHOWING the Artemis II launch on Wednesday and the comments are always full of actual space deniers. In 1969, when Apollo 11 landed on the moon and everyone watched it on their TV's at home, it was a wonderful moment for humanity. Since CGI and now AI have become so refined, everything we see is lined with a little bit of doubt, and it's just sad that this historic launch has been tainted by deniers. This erosion of certainty in what we're seeing has always been the point of generative AI, and it WILL be used to invalidate video evidence of crimes, probably sooner than we think. What happens if/when they DO release the Epstein files and Trump just claims that any images or videos of him committing crimes against children are AI generated? At some point we're just going to have to abandon the Internet.

Sorry to deviate from the usual subject matter. Might delete this later, but I have to share the excitement!
Today was the launch of NASA's Europa Clipper and I'm- 🥹🥹🥹 I'm feeling all the emotions rn. It was such a beautiful launch! 😭😭😭 I'm so proud of all the hard work that went into this venture!
And now the lil guy (actually their biggest space probe) is setting off on its long journey towards Jupiter to study the Galilean moon Europa! They wanna confirm the existence of an ocean beneath its icy crust and explore the potential for finding life beyond Earth!
