Panentheistic Process Theology Pt.2 - XINOMA
Okay. Now that we've got my own history down, let's get into who my idea of "God" is:
GOD IS NOT A MAN OR A WOMAN, BUT A RELATIONAL BEING FROM WHICH ALL ARISE FROM (AND CO-EXIST WITH)
Essentially, Xinoma is my name for the divinity of the universe and beyond.
Based on Panentheistic/Process Philosophy ideas of a "God" beyond us yet also within us daily. Like an immutable water within the swimmer and the ocean around them.
Everything that exists, and cannot exists, emanates from Xinoma.
Xinoma is the creative process of becoming (Greek "Gignoma" = Becoming + Nahua "X" for "G", pronounced "She-Noh-Mah)
Evolution and physics are still real, but they exist within the universe and the universe exists within Xinoma, like a child in the womb of a mother; interconnected yet not equal.
The human soul is a reflection of Xinoma's true nature.
Xinoma's nature is innate in us and our 'core selves' and expressed through core values:
Calmness (This is the ability to maintain inner stability and rational thought, especially when faced with emotional triggers or external pressures.)
Courage (This is the strength to conquer internal fear when right action is necessary.)
Connectedness (This is the profound recognition of one's place within an interconnected universe.)
Compassion (This is the empathetic understanding of another's suffering combined with a sincere desire to alleviate it.)
Clarity (This is the ability to see things as they truly are, free from the distortions of ego, fear, or inherited dogma.)
Confidence (This is the quiet self-trust, born from Clarity, that empowers one to act on virtuous intentions.)
Curiosity (This is the intrinsic desire to learn, explore, and understand.)
Creativity (This is the ability to generate new ideas, express oneself authentically, and discover novel solutions.)
While these are innate, they are not always visible or present. Like a piece of glass, it becomes cloudy and dirty over time without reflection and growth. We need to be able to look at ourselves, our world, our friends, and recognize these values in ourselves and actively challenge our biases and limitations and recognize these values.
The aim of a Xinomad (Xinoma follower, Xinomism) is to achieve congruence between our existence and Xinoma's core values, as well as to act as free and conscious co-creators and fellow-sufferers of the ongoing process of the universe's becoming.
The universe, and everything in it, aren't "things" but processes. Nothing every stays the same.
Everything in the universe is alive.
Not in the typical animist belief of everything possessing a soul, but a "Panexperientialist" ideal that everything, from subatomic atoms to ourselves, posses the ability to experience the universe.
Every emanation is a 'drop' of experience that extends from Xinoma; we are the universe feeling and experiencing itself.
Everything is interconnected because we all come from the same Ur-Source of Xinoma.
Xinoma is a two-sided coin: the absolute and the relative.
The Absolute is Xinoma's eternal nature and the potentiality of everything in the universe.
The Relative, meanwhile, is everything that changes constantly and consistently.
Fate/Destiny are not totally unconquerable nor 'adjusted' by Xinoma as a form of Divine Providence, but instead what I've called: Nascence.
Nascence rejects hard determinism (the belief that everything is predestined) and absolute free will (the belief that things happen randomly and without precedent) and finds a new path: the belief that the universe is probabilistic but not negotiable.
To put simply, we as humans possess Nascence in our ability to navigate the shifting and changing nature of the universe with our volition (that damn unconquerable human spirit).
Our brains generate a range of neural activity pre-consciously and act as pre-decisions for any actions, then our consciousness is aware of these thoughts and our volition makes a decision and veto based on our goals, values, and policies.
Then, finally, we perform an act or veto it and the result becomes new data for our brain and volitional system.
