I made a lock screen for everyone
I reapplied my lipstick combo while walking while holding my duck umbrella handle in the other hand while looking fucking cool

i just reblog whatever i think is neat, usually nerd shit, seasonal aesthetic stuff, and sweets
i use the #natchat tag when i make personal posts (rare) and i use #cdnpoli when it comes to canada politics, feel free to mute that one if u don't wanna see that cause some of it can be kinda depressing NDTBJFFT
i think that's it! i hope u enjoy ur time here :3
I do kinda hope this post gets some notes, but I really just wanna talk about the movie Ready or Not. I'll try to keep it spoiler free
But I'll start with talking about how Knives Out is a good movie and there's this post that floats around about how it points out that rich people across the political spectrum will do what they have to preserve their way of living, and it's facts
But Ready or Not does such a good job of making it clear that the rich will do absolutely anything to preserve the status quo. Even if they seem kind, and welcome you with open arms, if you become a threat, you will be hunted down and exterminated.
The characters in the movie range from outwardly mean to outwardly sweet, but nearly all of them will hunt down the protagonist Grace (the aforementioned threat) with the intention to kill her.
One of the crazy things about it is that nobody is even entirely sure she is a threat, just a possible one, but that's enough to mark her for death. (But that's all I'll say for now about that point, maybe in future post)
And ending is so solid, and narratively/thematically consistent, it doesn't shy away from arguing that the rich and capital have to be done away with entirely. It cannot be allowed to persist, or the cycle will continue.
I will admit that it's not as tight of an allegory/story as Knives Out but I feel like it should be talked about more.

A friendly comment now, because some people have recognized me in FFXIV because I have my art blog (nathanier.tumblr.com @nathanier ) in my search info:
I play as E'rihn Tia on Gilgamesh on the Aether Datacenter!
If you see my character running around, don't be afraid to send a /tell or something to say hello! I love having friends and acquaintances on the same server. (Or Data center even)
I'm kind of shy, anxious and lazy, about posting character stuff here which is why this blog is so slow, I'm better at drawing pictures (which go on my art blog usually) or just talking directly to someone rather than blogging?
So I'm more active if you contact me directly I think. So. Don't be afraid to message or say hi.
You can say hi on Tumblr or message me in game or both lol. It's nice to have friends or just nice people to play with in game. I would love to run dungeons or goof around with anyone on Gilgamesh or the Aether Data center!
TLDR: If you recognize me in game, don't be intimidated. I'm about at scary and threatening as a craft pompom with googly eyes.
DON’T MIND THAT IT TOOK ME FOREVER AFTER I WAS TAGGED TO DO THIS. I mostly use tumblr mobile but picrew makes my phone choke,,,
ANYWAYS I was tagged by @lesbianrnom to make my real & fantasy self in this picrew! I really liked it, thank you for tagging me! <3
I tag @betanyagito @buttlerina @og-athrodite @turowa @stellarcandy @gayvestrider--dickrider @rurivie @captainflarrowstilinski @brewing-tempest11037 and anyone else who wants to give it a shot! Have fun! But no biggie if you don’t wanna!
Me after preparing for move in day for like the past three weeks: Oh shit oh fuck I'm moving tomorrow
