NOT A NORMAL HIGH - 05

Nate used to get high a lot. At least, a lot more than he does now. But sometimes stress happens, and sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do…

Like uh… stealing morphine from the hospital wing.

Nate obviously couldn’t smoke or do any other drugs without his officer finding them immediately so he used a last ditch resort.

He was real sly about it too!

Until of course it gave him a totally different reaction than what he thought it would and he was in the common room lying on the couch giggling at nothing.

NOT PART OF THE PLAN - 02 SICK/HURT

First mission for Nate did NOT go to plan. It was meant to be a simple in and out, get intel, get to the evac helicopter…

Uh… so how exactly did he end up in the Medbay? Nate wasn’t sure. He wasn’t sure how long he had been out either. He had just woken up.

His whole body was cold and he felt like he was hit with a pound of bricks.

‘ Mmmpf- ‘ He groaned in protest, it was like being hungover… times forty.

Nate tried to get up, his arms were covered in scratches as he tried to take out his IV another wave of dizziness hit him.

TRAINING FOR DUMMIES - 03 INTRO

Nate was a conman, he was decent at combat but at heart he was nothing but a lying scheming thief….

Which is why he worked intel/undercover missions instead of intense combat ones!

However, lucky for him, he still had to do the incredibly intense training that all the others had to do. He wasn’t the worst at it, but he definitely wasn’t the best… and it was slightly embarrassing.

He wasn’t in a suit for once, in normal workout clothes. They had just gotten done with an intense workout and Nate laid on the ground, panting heavily

SO STUPID FOR BEING SO SMART. - 03 HURT.

Nate had done something stupid okay?? And not normal Nate Starr stupid. Like… really stupid type of stupid.

It didn’t happen on a mission. Nor during training. But his own free time. He had tried to get his ankle monitor off.

Unfortunately that triggered the shocking mechanism. And it was meant to be a small shock but noooo… of course things wouldn’t go his way!

Now he had his ankle monitor off…. but the skin around his ankle was burned and raw…. And nearly impossible to walk, much less run away with.

UHHH OOPS… - 06 HURT

Nate was… On the roof

Well. He was. At one point! Not anymore! Cause apparently he was a bit clumsy.

Nate went up there for some quiet time, even guys like him needed it.

He was practicing his cartwheel… as one does… and that’s when he well… let’s just say he was on the ground now.

KABOOM !! - 04

Now how the hell did Nate Starr do this?

Well. He’s Nate, and Nate always had a way to do things.

Now why did he aquire illegal fireworks and light them off on the bases roof at midnight on the fourth of july?

Well. His time in America really did change him! He was feeling patriotic!! And yes, he set off explosions that sounded like gunshots outside of the military base.

MAYBE IN ANOTHER UNIVERSE I’M NOT… - 06 ANGST

Nate didn’t know exactly what triggered this, he was having a pretty bad day. Started with him just… being himself. People kept making little snippets about him, but it got to be more and more.

Nate hadn’t really interacted with anyone that day… and that led him to being stuck in his head. Not in the witty, humorous part… No. The part he kept hidden deep inside.

The feeling came very suddenly. Now he was in some sort of storage closet holding his chest like it was going to explode as he tried his best not to cry.
