In regards to MCC, as its every quarter or when the season changes, is it every 5 days that rent, taxes and tithes are paid? That's only four days to have enough to pay rent and all o.o I think I may install a 7 day season mod.

I have changed the rules in my own MCC to suit my playstyle a bit more.  I use an 8-day Season mod, as I use Hat’s ageing mod, so the Seasons lasting for 8-days suited that.

As my Sims had double the amount of time to make money, I made the money goals a bit harder and doubled all the money goals.

I think the rules stipulate to pay on the first day of the new Season, but I just have them send the money on the evening of the last.

You mention the Pinketamine's Dusk Blends (skins) in your resources and Pinkertamine's been gone quite awhile, with their downloads having disappeared. I looked around for any backups but found none. If your still using any of those, would you be willing to share them?

As you are more knowledgeable on this then me I have a question. With the recent news that, "Trudeau announces funding for Canada’s first geothermal power plant in Estevan," I know geothermal energy does still produce green house gas,."Geothermal wells release greenhouse gases trapped deep within the earth.." but I have read that it is less then fossil fuels. Is this a viable plan for climate change or just another means of increasing green house gases, do you think?

what @deedee-sims​ and @jellybeanery​ said, I had the same problem a couple weeks back, it randomly began after BS functioning fine for months. I also followed the instructions in the article that jelly posted and they worked for me c:

I had this exact problem when I got a Windows 10 PC and I didn't realize it was making my hairs awful! It was shrinking the 1024 textures to 512! I think bodyshop stopped recognizing your graphic card, check your graphic rules file in the csconfig folder

Thank you all for your input. I’ve fixed up some lines in Graphics Rules, finger crossed it’ll be fixed. Bodyshop was halving the textures for every single project, after using the same project a few times the texture was only 64x64!!.

So weird that it would stop working so suddenly, I’ve had Sims 2 and Bodyshop installed and working perfectly since I got this laptop back in 2012 (OMG thats a long time ago)

I’ve been using Bodyshop to clean out my downloads folder this week and I’ve deleted sooooo many things because of how blurry the textures were, turns out it’s just Bodyshop being broken >_>

Yah they seem a little flat, sort of like sims medieval textures when brought over sims 2. They lack a certain depth to them??

Yeah! Which, like you said, isn’t a bad thing... 

And I mean, the game they’re from looks like this, so. ‘flat’ is a bit of an understatement.

Hmmm, it took 2 rotations to get to 100k so I’ll guess that it’ll take close to another rotation to get the other 50k. 

As for whether I’ll stop once the challenge is complete, hell no, I’ll keep playing in Dallùbach until the game won’t let me play anymore! I’ll probably start to switch over to the Warwickshire Challenge rules once the MCC is completely done. I still have a royal monarch to crown and a university to open and merchant’s guilds that need founding. I very much hope that I can keep playing for a long time. /knockwood

Converting walls/floors is definitely a learning process with the Sims 2 repeating. If seams are an issue what I found was a (cheap) and easy fix was to grab the edging of one side with the marquee tool (grab a finger’s worth) and mirror it as the edging on the other side. If you need to blur where the new piece meets the old with Gaussian blur. Now that both edges match fully there should be no seam issues ^^

Gaah you have scoliosis? :( My disabled little brother had it super bad, 75% curvature before they would do the major surgery for him. I hope its not too bad so far?

Yup. I think I have scoliosis and kyphosis (back is curved forwards and to the side).

Its minor-moderate in severity, so I can’t qualify for surgery. Its major issue is that it causes my lower back muscles to get painfully stiff for brief periods of time, multiple times a day (usually every time I stand up or sit down), and limits my flexibility (most days its hard to bend over and touch my toes).

I take it day by day. Some days are better than others. Lately its been feeling better, though. It was really bad this summer and early fall, but since November or so my back hasn’t been as tense.
