Canopy Canvas - Native Child

I’ve used the term “soundscape” often when I try to describe the tracks I feature here, but what exactly do I mean by that? Every song begets a location, whether intended or not. When I listen to an artist like Burial, I imagine riding the subway at night, the rattling of the car soaking my weary bones, but that ability to feel makes me that much stronger as a person. Likewise, when I hear a track like “Native Child” by Canopy Canvas, I am immediately transported to snowy hilltops, coasting through the peaks and valleys of the countryside, the bracing cool air making me feel just a touch more alive. Every listener’s mileage may vary; you may have a very different experience taking in a track like “Native Child”. All I can really say is that it’s worth the listen. Can you remember when your mom tell you: Please, take out the trash! And you answer: Why Me??!!!! Well, this is a pic where a lil child of Ucayali follow the order of her mom, she (the mom) said: Go to your uncle's house and ask him if he wants come to lunch together as a family, but do not delay!. And this lil child have to cross 2 km of river and walk over the jungle 2 hours just to acomplish the request of his mom. Now, your life look a lil more easy, dont you think?
