Actually fuck the forestry industry and the government and Oliver Cromwell and the overpopulation of red deer because why cant í get lost in the woods.

God forbid a girl wants to get lost in the woods in her own damn country. If I want to get lost in the woods I’d need to go to the mainland or the us. I don’t want that. Theres bears there. And moose. Those things are fucking terrifying. I want to get lost in the woods in Ireland where the scariest thing is a badger with a bad attitude. But no.

I have to deal with fields.

Fields and rain.

You can’t run in the fields the farmers will have ur head. The cows too.

I want to start a petition to reforest Ireland. We have plenty of farmland to go around. We don’t need the whole country to be just fields, cities and industry forests.

Sign the petition.

In ur heart.

Cos there isn’t one.

Diana Beresford-Kroeger is a world recognized author, medical biochemist and botanist.  She has a unique combination of western scientific knowledge and the traditional concepts of the ancient world. Orphaned in Ireland in her youth, Beresford-Kroeger was educated by elders who instructed her in the Brehon knowledge of plants and nature.
