On the topic of "blue and red color associates characters are found in gay ships" thingy,

For Octavius and Jedediah it's not just blue x red. Their entire clothes color choice screams "opposite". It's red vs blue AND dark vs light where Jedediah's hat, chaps, vest(if in contrast to blue shirt) are darker color, while Octavius' whole armor is light silver.

You may disagree or say it's irrelevant but...

The change of Octavius' armor from silver to gold(or copper?) is horrendous.
