So I rewatched Night at the Museum, and now the tiny gays live in my head again... I'll be returning to my regularly scheduled programming (British television nonsense) now that I've gotten this out of my system.

BUT IF YOU DON'T LOVE JEDEDIAH SMITH AND GAIUS OCTAVIUS FROM THE MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY IN NEW YORK CITY, YOU ARE SIMPLY AND UTTERLY INCORRECT. GO WATCH IT (AGAIN IF YOU MUST), AND COME BACK WHEN YOU SEE THE LIGHT.

Can the night at the museum characters breathe?

In NATM 2, Kamunrah puts Jedidiah in an hour glass, with the implication being that Jed is going to die in an hour via suffocation if they don’t save him. But in NATM 1, Teddy Roosevelt is literally bisected by a car and there’s a whole scene where Larry is concerned, but Teddy makes a comment about how he’s fine because he’s just made of stuffing and wax.

So… can they die? By human means? Can they breathe? Obviously they feel pain, but it seems like, narratively, the only way for them to truly die is if they’re outside the museum at sunrise and they turn to dust.

Also, how does Dexter pee? Does he have organs? A bladder? I thought he was just made of stuffing and fur.

I don’t. Understand.

Can someone more experienced with the NATM fandom please enlighten me, I’m dying to know

Night at the Museum is doing really well on Netflix, as in this pic I did today is on Number 6 on Netflix Top 10 movies in the U.S is even doing well on Netflix Kids as all of the Night at the Museum movies are on the Top 10 kids movies in the U.S and the last time I checked on Feb 7th for Netflix Kids

Night at the Museum was at Number 1 beating Kpop Demon Hunters

Night at the Museum 2 at Number 3

And Night at the Museum 3 at Number 6

It's really amazing to see that so many families are discovering Night at the Museum for the first time, let's just hope some of these kids dont go to Disney+ and find Kahmunrah Rises Again.

Just kidding they can watch whatever they want, but yeah really happy that NATM is doing well on Netflix.

the real reason rebecca isn’t in natm 2 is bc she’s on day shift and would have been told about the exhibits leaving, and upon realizing wea would be among those going to storage, spent the evening in mourning of her doomed yuri situationship
