a friend of mine posted a picture of the screen at NatsPark telling them to stay in place, that the incident was outside of the stadium

and I then spent the last 50 min on Twitter, worrying about my friends and about strangers as I watched clips of the gunshots being heard on air and thousands of people running away and others hiding behind the bar or flipping tables to use as cover and watching footage of cops and ambulances

last info i saw, two people have been hurt

this is nonsense

the fact that it keeps happening, again

and again

and again

and again

in stadiums, in grocery stores, in movie theaters, in schools, in churches, at concerts, on the street, anywhere and everywhere and all the time

you don't have to live like this

other countries don't live like this

this is INSANE

every country on Earth has people with mental illnesses

every country on Earth has radicalized people

not every country on Earth has shootings daily, or even weekly

you can do better

you can do better

my thoughts go to all the people who had to live through this

the trauma, even if invisible, even if subtle

the children who were just out at a baseball game with their parents on a saturday night

you can do better
