If you run in the morning it is very important that you get out all the morning “BUISNESS” before you run. I’m usually pretty good at timing it correctly but today was not one of those days. We had a choice to make take the turn and run the rest of my planned run and take a chance. Or cut it short play it safe and head back home because we had one on deck. We took the latter and arrived in the Knick of time. So In conclusion we had sacrificed the rest of the run or we would had a real doo doo problem on our hands. It happens. We still got 2 miles in and spent an extra half hour in the BackYardGym so it all evened out. Shadow boxing and kettle bells.
