Are we talkin’ tiny navi!Dan or human-sized navi!Dan? Because yes to both.
Kid!Danny finding tiny navi!Dan in the garden or on a playground or something and taking him home to put in a jar like a butterfly because he is confused. Navi!Dan fluttering around Danny’s bedroom leaving little sparkle trails everywhere because it makes Danny laugh. Navi!Dan sitting on Danny’s little bedside table with the biggest, sweetest smile on his face because he’s all lit up because the bulb in Danny’s night light burnt out and he couldn’t fall asleep without it.
But also, regular-sized navi!Dan taking Danny by the hands and flying him up in the backyard and all Danny wants to do is look at the birds and the squirrels (and every time he sees a bird, he goes “Oh Holly would like that one!”). Navi!Danny telling Danny about all the totally real magic beings that he totally knows like the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny.
