𝑴𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒍 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔 so it makes sense that hours felt longer, and days even more since Melanie ended up in the hospital. Because of this he was given instruction to take some time off. He hated it, he hated all of it. Not being able to help her ( though she is very much in capable hands ) or help anyone. Being idle and just watching minutes tick by is now how he likes to spend his time. When she was off he'd be with Elyse in the evenings, the day with his parents. But nothing could really pull his mind from the possibilities, the what ifs, and the worry of both. He's drawn from his thoughts when he hears a familiar voice. Turning he looks at the source and blinks a few times. ❝ Huh ? ❞ He shakes his thoughts to the side and is told that he had both him and his sister in school. That's when it hits Ty.
❝ Mister Alderidge! ❞ he says with surprise. ❝ Hey, long time.❞ He reaches his hand out to shake his, but then he asks about Melanie and he frowns. ❝ Still there, but she's in great hands so I'm hopeful.❞ Though the look in his eyes says that trouble still sits heavy.
" Hi - uh you may not remember me , but I had both you and your sister while you were in high school. I heard Melanie was in the hospital ... how is she doing? " for tyler @navyflcwn
