The place he used to call home was Manchester, England, though he now lives in Downtown, Santa Monica, California. It states that he’s currently a photography teacher working at Santa Monica High School and a pianist working at The Misfit for the house band, High Fidelity - if you want to creep on him. Apparently, Forsythe “Jughead” Jones from Archie Comics is his “character inspiration.” Huh. Wonder what that means.

Upon receiving a resume from the likes of “Mister McCartney,” one would assume that the man behind it would be rather smartly-dressed with a whiff of motor oil considering the sound engineering background and a posh accent. Instead, one is met by a greaser with a way around cockney slang despite his Manc dialect, constantly masked in a cloud of cigarette smoke and secrecy. Though clearly not dressed for his profession, he never ceases to impress peers and students with his vast knowledge in both music and mechanics, cementing his place amongst the more peculiar but notable instructors of the Santa Monica-Malibu United School District. While he’s certainly been eyed by many in the five years since he moved overseas to teach – mostly due to his bad boy image, no one has been able to gain his attention until someone else became the new teacher in town. Then again, when one’s surrounded by those with superior potential and/or talent akin to one’s own, sometimes it cannot be helped.
SOME PEOPLE HAVE NOTED THAT...
He’s brilliant, headstrong, well-bred yet detached, hot-headed, reckless. That’s what I’ve heard anyway. It seems like he’s really into going thrift shopping, his dachsund – Nugget, tinkering with cameras and cars (especially his own). But be careful! He doesn’t really appreciate anyone that dares to disrespect his mum or his mates, having his privacy invaded by any means, running out of drinks and/or smokes.

Have you heard of COOPER ANDERSON? I think he’s his CLOSEST AMERICAN FRIEND, and that he’s one of the first people that Jude warmed up to and whom always comes through for him even after he’s drunken half a bottle of whiskey, seeing how creative and talented he truly is. On weekday nights after a long day, the two get together at The Misfit even if Jude’s not working that evening, enjoying drinks and karaoke performances – where they’re the reigning champion duo. Having confided over their career fears, he’s helped Cooper get past his over-confidence, convey feelings better, and understand others’ (re)actions so he may transfer that knowledge to get more reputable acting gigs.
Have you heard of ZACK MOONEYHAM? I think he’s his FAVORITE FORMER STUDENT, and that he’s reminiscent of how the teacher used to be when he was a child: living in a home with an absent father and a mother that works herself nearly to death to give him the best education, prone to staying for after-school tutoring to ensure he has good grades, and always trying to pursue his dreams no matter what. He even started a band at a young age. Even post-graduation, Jude is willing to go the distance for the young man in return of Zack’s continued perseverance, even if that means scolding him to ensure that he relaxes and be with his friends now and again.
Have you heard of PENNY MOORE? I think she’s his INTEREST, and that she’s more meaningful to him than he lets on. Ever since Cooper noticed the “total babe” on the first day of school last year and the two went off to spy on her while she was teaching a class, he kept sneaking peeks at her while on his way for his daily smoke after-school. Soon enough, she began following him around and they slowly began to hang out, getting to know each other to the point of shopping together, spending nights at his place, coordinating little adventures on weekends… Even got him to join the social media bandwagon with an Instagram profile for his photography.
