This tiny piece of plastic breaking off triggered my check engine light, y’all. It’s part of a clip that holds the clutch switch plug in place and the plug got loose enough to light up the CEL. Zip tied the plug in place until the new part comes in.

I have way more experience with finding tiny, seemingly inconsequential bits of colored plastic in my car’s footwell than anyone should. Now I always ask myself, “hmm, what else under here is this color?”

Also a good reason to keep the footwell clean and vacuumed.

Part of the Mitsuoka line up of cars. Himiko, Orochi, Galue III and Viewt. This Himiko is based on an NC Mazda MX5 / Miata. This Galue is based on a Y50 Nissan Fuga. The Viewt were originally based on K11, K12 and K13 Nissan March but are now based on a Toyota. This one is K13 March based
