A facelift is officially underway at one of Durham's most iconic buildings.
Huge announcement for the N.C. Triangle area! I’m elated to be part of the PR and marketing efforts for this $11M redevelopment project. Although multiple enhancements will be made to transform this iconic building into a Class A space, the developers are very conscious of and connected to its significance in Durham, and U.S., history.
