That being said this is ridiculous and I’m starting to wonder if someone has a screw loose or something in the higher managements. Why put Sungtaro in ANY NCT content in the first place? I will not believe any reasoning they give for why they were not put into an NCT group.

NCT Thoughts:

I’m excited for NCT Japan and NCT South Asia

I’m worried about NCT Saudi. If a group is formed there, I feel like a scandal may happen. I’m hoping SM just wants to do business there. I’m thinking it’ll be more like a recruiting center and managerial center for when SM wants to promote in that part of the world. More like a Korean Media contact for that part of the world. I do not see a whole group being dedicated to the region due to beliefs, cultural differences, and legal concerns that may pop up. But maybe SM has a gigantic market there that some of us don’t know about.

The introductions of kpop to the “western world” are over. I feel like developing genre longevity is the next step. This group has to steer clear of all gimmicks. I think this team should be the kings of acapella. It should be a self produced group. This group should have natural styling and makeup. The talent of this group will have to speak for itself. As far as the members, this group shouldn’t be overly serious. I think they should be eclectic with their sound. A boy group who can do choir, soul, blues, pop, r&b. Authentic, not forced.

If the new NCT unit will be based in Japan, it's kinda weird that they will only have 2 Japanese members (Shotaro & Shohei) to 3 Korean members (Sungchan, Eunseok & Seunghan).

It would make more sense to also add Yuta and have 3/3... but maybe that's just me idk
