This Dart Moth (Feltia/Xestia spp, I didn’t look long enough to ID) was very happy feeding on the goldenrod flowers. There are nectaring moths found almost year round if you know how to look. Next time you’re out at dusk, look at a large patch of flowers and see which pollinators are active.
