Large Room in an old North Portland house $500/mo utilities included

After 3 years we are losing one our housemates, could you be our new one?

Here’s the details:

Large upstairs room in a 110 year old North Portland home

A few blocks from the Killingsworth Yellow Line stop

A few blocks from the Cascade PCC Campus

Vegetarian kitchen (two omnivores and one vegan so our kitchen is a compromise)

washer/dryer

band practice space

guest room (we call it the Guestcave, we have guests pretty regularly)

garden with lots of plants (sort of neglected this year)

One lovely indoor/outdoor tuxedo cat (we might be able to take another cat but definitely not a dog)

Fireplace, gas stove, porch, library, 2 bathrooms

Occasionally messy, but never dirty

We are 1 lady and 2 guys. I’m Alex (lady) and I own this house. If you have a problem with living in a house with your landlady this isn’t for you. I’m an aging punk that is really into zines, records, craft beer, crossword puzzles, playing D&D, travel, and I own my own business that makes custom buttons. My partner, Paul, works with me at my shop. He plays music and watches a lot of classic Doctor Who. Dan is currently a student studying at PSU. We are all in our 30s  and would prefer someone 25 years or older. We are not party types, we are drama free, and looking for likewise.
