Looking for emergency roommate in Harrisburg, PA. I don't have a vehicle right now so I would need a ride to work for a few weeks until I could get the money together for my own, and maybe to the dmv to get it registered. Would need to stay near my folks because of my mom. I have a bunny that I would keep in my room with me. I will pay half the bills and apply for food stamps. Anybody in the Orlando area looking for a room to rent?

A buddy of mine and I are looking for a third roommate. It’s a townhouse on 1374 Priory Circle in Winter Garden about 30 minutes west of Orlando. Rent will be $550 a month plus utilities. It’s a 2 and a half bath +1900 sqfeet and comes with new appliances washer and dryer, and also has granite counters. The master bedroom is taken and you would be sharing a bathroom with me. Would need to be able to move in by/on September 1st.

A little about us: 2 guys in our early 20’s. We both a decently big into sports and videogames. We’ve been close friends for around 6-7 years, so no drama on our end. We’re relatively quiet and not much for parties. No drugs, not huge drinkers. We’re just looking for a chill 3rd room mate who can pay their rent on time and help us keep the place relatively clean and be respectful.

Need Roommate(s)

So, due to assorted circumstances, it looks like I’m going to need approximately two roommates starting in around September to keep rent costs down. Normally I’d be pretty hesitant to open it up like this, but I’ve already checked with everyone I know.

Relevant information: It’s a house in a suburb in wisconsin. Rent for three people is $280 per person per month, plus utilities. There’s stairs to get into the house, so you’d have to be able to navigate stairs regularly. There’s a total of three bedrooms, so each person would have a private room.

I’m an autistic, mentally ill trans girl, age 25, and I’m white. I do my best to be open and accepting of all identities. My Special Interests are games, especially game design, and snakes, so interest in those things would be a plus, though not necessarily required.

Requirements:

1. Must be able to pay rent. The entire point of this is to keep rent costs down, so while I wish the best to anyone who wouldn’t be able to, I unfortunately can’t offer a room right now to anyone who can’t keep up with rent. There are jobs available in the area, so we could conceivably negotiate something if you needed time to find income. This would be a long-term arrangement (at least a year).

2. Must be ok with snakes. You don’t have to love them, but I’m going to be getting one as a pet once I can, so you need to at least be ok with them being around and respect them.

3. Must be able to travel to the general area, at least. I have a car and can drive a short distance to pick someone up, but while I’d be happy to have someone from far off I don’t have the means to travel super far. We’ll work out the details as the time gets closer.

Most other things are fairly negotiable; I’m pretty laid-back and willing to work with people.

Looking for a roommate

Hey guys lol so yea I'm a senior in college but I'm actually dropping out. I want to pursue my dream in NYC as a film director. I just realized that what I was doing didn't feel right. I feel as if I've wasted 3 years of my life in school. But I need a roommate because shit is expensive. I don't mind if it's a guy or girl, I'm cool with both. I want to move in somewhere by January 1, 2017. That's is my goal. I currently live in Schenectady NY and I hate it. I'm 21 years old I like to drink and smoke weed lol. I love going out to bars and having a good time. I love blasting music and shit. I'm just naturally a fun person and a people person.
