I'm a Junior in high school and I've recently started to figure out what I want to do after high school. I've discovered what I enjoy doing while working as the sound crew for the school play. Before hand I wasn't sure about what I wanted to do after high school so I just said "Eh just put me in all the Law classes so I can just do that after high school" I wasn't positive about working as a police officer and mom wouldn't let me so I was grounded on what I wanted to do.
Now I've finally decided putting myself out there and involving myself in the after school program also dealing with the school play I've been assigned to work on sound. I've been editing music and sound effects for the school play, but I don't think it's enough, I want to do more of that type of stuff. When I graduate college I want to work at FUNIMATION and help record audio and edit it for the English dubs. But I need some more experience. I've somewhat chosen a college, Full Sail University in Florida, but I may change what college I want to attend.
Now I want to have more practice on doing this type of stuff I just don't know where to start. Can someone be kind enough to tell me? Maybe give me some type of work to do? I currently use Audacity to edit my audio clips.
