mad respect to the people still doing projects where they create every pokemon. it was a lot less daunting before sun and moon came out. for whatever reason, wool is very appealing to cats. this is a warning to keep your needle felted pieces far out of reach from the little angels, even if they haven't previously shown any interest. bulbasaur needs to be repaired.

I tried to felt an Angler Slime from Slime Rancher 2 thinking it'll be pretty easy. It was harder than I anticipated haha.

Tried out different methods and learned quite a bit with this one. Overall I'm happy how this turned out. It's so cute <3

SINCE WE’RE GETTING EVICTED, I’m doing my first call for a needle felt sculpt preorder. Basically, you see the design, you pay in advance, you get the finished product. I was going to just make the whole thing and then try to sell it, but… we’re getting evicted. We’re going to need money sooner than that, and I won’t have time, nor am I willing, to do a rush job on this one.

I’m happy to talk financing plans if anyone’s interested, I would just need it to be paid in full within the next couple of months. Hoping to work with someone who is willing to be patient as moving will cut into my work time, and I want to take the time to make this one something really special. It’s hard to give an accurate timeline atm but I’d love for it to be done before the year is out.

This sculpt will feature more details than the drawing shows, such as hand painted buttons with various queer/punk/pokemon phrases and imagery. I’m happy to swap ideas with a buyer on what those should say, or other minor aesthetic tweaks.
