i'm actually going to cry. the designs gave me such low expectations for this new run but seeing the preview enlightened me ever so slightly (VERY MUCH)

initially their description of archie threw me off but i can just TELL loser archie is SO BACK!! LOSER ARCHIE I LOVE YOU!!

the archies are front and center in his dream. EVERYONE IS PRESENT!! MY MANS REGGIE IS PRESENT!! i am still skeptical on the angle they well take him but his presence in the VERY FIRST panel is giving me hope. still sad they didn't include him in their design sneak peek 😔

i am really digging this messy style. i love that each panel feels like it's a cluster fuck in the most organized way possible. it feels very archie. you can tell he's rushing and scrambling and not all there and i love it.

and not ONLY that, but ronnie in fabio's style looks oh so much better to me than she did. i'm a big fan of them giving betty her tomboyishness in full force. yes!! that's my mechanic!! hopefully she gets to be feminine too. i mean her truck is pink so i have hope!

this is a step in the right direction and unfortunately my money might be going out the window when this run comes out

Ive been very very lazy about tdf this year but I have gotten two spins done. accidentally spun the leicester longwool s twist and z ply (opposite of my usual) but it's fine. the pink & green is Shetland (i think)

!!! look at this result of overdyeing a really mediocre dye job

tbh it seems like i end up with my favorite dye results when i'm just throwing dye into the dye pan and not planning anything. this was at first a muted green & brown with undyed patches but I decided to just toss it in the pan with some bubblegum pink on one side and some dark dark blue on the other and here we are.
