No Diplodocus No Credibility

I went to the cinema AGAIN. I saw Walking With Dinosaurs 3D with the kids (they loved it, their souls are not calloused like their dear old Dad's). It was an educational film about dinosaur life whose bold theories will have the paleontology community buzzing.

For instance, science had failed to inform me that in dinosaur herds, while battles between dominant males and challengers were the main way of resolving leadership issues, the herd could also be led by a plucky young guy with a different way of doing things and his wisecracking buddy.

And the so-called "textbooks" also left out how if herbivorous dinosaurs just put aside their differences and stood up to the carnivorous bullies, they could sort out their problems and change the course of dinosaur history.

Now, you may be thinking, "Let's not be hasty here, it's a 3D film about dinosaurs fighting each other. In 3D." And yes, to be honest there is no problem in a 3D dinosaur film not solvable by good 3D and good dinosaurs. Unfortunately this has OK 3D and shit indie dinosaurs. Of all the moments to suddenly care about accuracy in a film like this, dinosaur selection is the worst.
