Violin hickey

I still have not practiced because I have a huge violin hickey on my neck and though I am proud to have one it hurts like crazy right now and I dont know how to get rid of it, all this time i just suck it up but if you can give me some tips to get rid of it faster I would very much appreciate it.❤💛🧡
