since that's our summer break, we get from whenever exams end (mid-end of november, depending on when my last one is) until the start of march

I use missing-e and there was a reply balloon..so I just replied. Idk, I’m in South Korea now and they have a March to Dec year. Which I hate because the kids are HORRID during the summer days when it’s nice out, or hot and miserable.

that's the school year everywhere in the southern hemisphere, but it's february to december in primary/high school and uni is march-december

it's great because then the long break between school years lines up with the actual years and christmas/new year is during the break! idk it just makes more sense than starting in the middle of the year
